Join us for a live online presentation with artist Fabiola Menchelli, hosted by curator and advisor Hannah Sloan.
Menchelli's practice treats photography not as representation, but as experience — working directly with light and photosensitive materials to explore what lies at the edge of visibility. Expect a conversation on perception, materiality, and observation as an intuitive, embodied process.

Fabiola Menchelli (b. 1983, Mexico City) is an artist working at the intersection of light, material, and perception. Her recent exhibitions include our sharp line of sight at Marshall Gallery, LA (2026) and certain silence at the Norton Museum of Art (2025). She is founder and director of Círculo de Crítica de Obra and core faculty at Centro de la Imagen.

Hannah Sloan is a curator, advisor, and founder of HSC&A. For two decades, she's guided artists — emerging, mid-career, and legacy — toward lasting recognition in major collections and institutions worldwide.

Together, they'll dig into a practice grounded in curiosity, uncertainty, and what remains unseen.
