Hosted by Hannah Sloan on Instagram
Join us for an Instagram Live walkthrough of Chamber Music, a solo exhibition by Guatemalan artist Clara de Tezanos at Sol del Rio Gallery in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
Originally trained as a photographer at Parsons Paris, Clara co-founded key regional photography focused institutions like La Fototeca and the GuatePhoto Festival. In recent years, her art practice has shifted from documenting the external world toward capturing internal landscapes, dreams, and visions.
This live walkthrough will take us directly inside the gallery to explore her latest exhibition, Chamber Music. Clara’s photographic language is translated here into a physical, tactile experience. We will move through an immersive space constructed from assemblages of found objects, stained glass, luminous interventions, and antique camera parts that blur the boundaries between the camera lens, nature, and inner life.
This live event is part of our ongoing virtual studio and exhibition visits, offering our global community an intimate look at the spaces and artists shaping contemporary discourse across Latin America today.
📍 Tune in live on @sloanprojects to join the conversation and experience the exhibition.
